Lee Westwood will be one of the star attractions at next week's Alstom Open de France, which boasts one of the strongest field in its history.
Westwood will be seeking a second straight win in Europe after triumphing at the Nordea Masters prior to his top-10 finish at the US Open.
The Englishman has four top-10 finishes in nine appearances at the Open de France and came close to winning the title in 2009, when he lost to Germany's Martin Kaymer in a play-off.
Kaymer is also in the field for next week and the pair will be joined by a number of other top players at Le Golf National in Paris all seeking to pick up valuable Ryder Cup points, including Race to Dubai leader Justin Rose,
2010 US Open Champion Graeme McDowell, Swede Peter Hanson and Spaniard Gonzalo Fernandez-Castaño
Other big names in attendance include Ian Poulter and Martin Laird, while Frenchman Thomas Levet will be back to defend the title he won in front of packed galleries last year.
