The world's three top-ranked players will tee off together in the opening round of the WGC-Cadillac Championship on Thursday.
Donald (L) and McIlroy - will partner Westwood.
World No 1 Rory McIlroy, No 2 Luke Donald and No 3 Lee Westwood will make for a marquee first-round pairing in Florida, as the young Northern Irishman prepares to go up against both the man he deposed at the top of the rankings last week and the man he beat in the semi-final of the Accenture Match Play two weeks ago.
The top three were also paired together for this event last year, though back then it was Donald, Westwood and Germany's Martin Kaymer, now ranked fourth.
Woods, fresh off his hugely promising 62 in the final round of the Honda Classic, will play alongside Spaniard Sergio Garcia and defending champion Nick Watney. The trio are ranked 16th, 17th and 18th respectively.
Twelfth-ranked Mickelson, meanwhile, plays with Hunter Mahan, who beat McIlroy in the final of the Match Play, and Australian Adam Scott, winner of the Bridgestone world championship last August.
The draw also includes Ian Poulter, who will test his fitness on Wednesday after declaring himself 50-50 for the event after pulling out of last week's tournament and being diagnosed with pneumonia.
Fellow Englishman Paul Casey is set to make his return to the fold after dislocating his shoulder while snowboarding in Colorado on Christmas Eve.
